Our executive and workforce teams have collective experience of over 60 years in the Environmental remediation, construction and medical sectors.

Alexander E. Ukoh, Sr. M.D., F.A.C.S Founder and President: JJPS, INC. was founded by Alexander E. Ukoh, Sr. M.D. who has an extensive background in professional business management with work ethics anchored in honesty, integrity, humility and productivity. He efficiently executed contractual management agreements with the Genesis Elder care organization as medical director, and Delphi health care Partners, Inc. as an independent contractor. Under his leadership at the inception of the company, JJPS, INC. received the necessary accreditations in the Environmental remediation services. He successfully completed the construction management course given by the Tompkins Builders, school of construction management, and has enriched JJPS, INC. construction department with the knowledge acquired during the course. He has taken the company through a continual positive trajectory from its’ founding to present. Dr Alexander Ukoh, Sr. is the director of medical services with over 20 years of Clinical Medical experience.
Ihuoma E. Ukoh Vice President for Communications: Ihuoma E. Ukoh is the Vice President for Communications. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Communications from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown. She is the company’s chief information officer, responsible for maintaining effective lines of Communication between JJPS and various external audiences. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategy and advising leadership about government and community relations. She uses innovative approaches to work in a tandem with expanding technology to manage communication and public relations needs of the company.
Chinyere-S-Ukoh-CFO Chief Administrative Officer: General operational needs are overseen by Chinyere S. Ukoh, a graduate of Hampton University and an MPA (Master of Public Administration) holder from George Mason University. She manages the work force, interacts with the workers, inventories the company’s supplies needs, and coordinates the daily operations of the company. She is responsible for ensuring that JJPS is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to the execution of contracts and the maintenance of the workforce. She is a Certified Construction Quality Control Manager by the U.S. Army Corps of engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
